PRESIDENT'S REPORT

It's been almost a year and a half since the Green Icon organization along with its mother company, Xcell Property Ventures Inc., embarked on a journey to market, sell and develop The Icon Residences.  Guided by the company's vision, the focused and committed sales and development team took the task of selling the Icon dream to the general public.  Despite the many obstacles met by Green Icon, the market responded positively to the product.  Testament to this is after the recent anoouncement of the sell-out of The ICON Tower 1 in record time of eight months, the newly-launched The ICON Tower 2 is already close to achieving the same results at an even more record breaking pace.  The secret? Green Icon's strict adherence to creating balance in the basic marketing trends of Product, Pricing, Promotions and People and not to forget a lot of PASSION.  Simple as it soundsm the trick is in the details.  It's in the details that the Green Icon family leave no stone unturned in order to provide the best real estate sales and marketing service to its customers.

 

Although Green Icon is still a young company, its initial foray into real estate sales and marketing sector has already caused quite a  tsunami in the industry.  Moving forward, the men and women that make up the Green Icon family will continue to strive to make inroads in its chosen field always anchored to its vision of providing clients with the highest standards of customer service, unparallled customer satisfaction and unequivocally high quality products that meet customer needs.  I firmly believe that Green Icon will soon take its place as one of the dominant real estate sales and marketing company in the Philippines in the near future.

Progress Brief on

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ICON

 

The main works currently being carried out is the bulk excavation.  With an estimated volume of 65,000 cubic meters of earth to be excavated and removed, this activity is expected to be completed by year-end 2006.

 

Excavation for Tower 1 is already completed while Tower 2 is more than 60% complete.

 

With a final depth of about 17 meters below street level, excavation of this magnitude also entails a careful and parallel work of Soil Stabilization and Protection, to ensure that the sidewalls of the pit do not collapse and allows a safe work area for the excavators.

 

Over-all progress is generally within the projections of the Master Program Schedule.
